The presentation must be precise & comprehensive covering all relevant points as follows:

• Presentation must be prepared only in Microsoft PowerPoint. (using Microsoft Office 2000, XP)
  
  The Technical Presentation shall incorporate following details:-
  

• Proposed/existing Site specification details.

• Compliance of conditions of Permission to Establish. (If applicable)

• Raw materials and  products.

• Time bound action plan for mitigation of pollution. (If applicable)

• Manufacturing process.

• Sources of pollution (Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid waste etc.)

• Treatment & disposal facilities of Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid wastes.

• Pollution control measures proposed as per the recommendations of EMP and conditions given by MoEF in letter of Environmental Clearance. (If any)

• Mining Process. (If applicable)

• All the information including, data, pictures and other documents must be clearly legible.

 

Note: Soft copy of  presentation should be submitted at least one day in advance to IT Section, MPPCB, Bhopal in CD only. No other media viz. Floppy, Pen Drive etc. will be accepted.
