 An applicant  shall have to deposit the requisite fees before filling the online application.  (New Fee Structure) (Old Fee Structure) 

Transaction codes required for the submission of on-line fee are as follows:-
Bank                      -        Punjab National Bank, Shahpura Branch, Arera Colony, Bhopal
Bank Code            -        024

IFS/ISO Code       -        PUNB  0322900
Account No.          -        3229010100012663
MICR                   -        462024012
RTGs                    -        Rs. 1,00,000 and above
NEFT below          -        Rs. 1,00,000

Online application system has following forms:-
  •       General Form
  •       Air Consent Form
  •       Water Consent Form

The forms are available in the sequence as stated above.  First  the " General Form" will open.  Fill and Save the 'General Form'. Immediately after Saving the  "Air Consent" form will open fill and Save this from.  After saving the Air Consent Form, the Water Consent Form will open. Applicant has to fill-up the required information in it and click "Save" button. Other information may be uploaded if needed. Finally all the forms will be uploaded using save button. 
 While submitting online application industry has to attaché dully filled                Online Format -I for Consent Fees compulsorily.
All the information as required with Consent Forms shall be attached (uploaded) in the digital format.  viz. JPEG/PDF,  alongwith the application.
The application, complete in all respects, shall be subject to scrutiny by the concerned section to decide further course of action.  
After receiving the online application, an E-mail will be sent to industry on the address mentioned  in the application form, for the confirmation of enclosed documents and reports submitted by the industry.
